Serious barbecuers need serious tools, and this 18-inch-long grill cleaning brush fits the bill. An oversized rubber grip covered with little knobs for texture fits medium to large hands. Stainless Steel bristles on the head last through many grill cleanings and rinse out thoroughly. The steel scraper on the top gets off all kinds of baked-on food debris, but is not meant for use on porcelain cooking grids as scratching can occur. ThermoWorks The Original Cooking Thermometer/Timer Now with on and off switch! A huge kitchen favorite and must-have! Once you use this in your kitchen, you will never want to be without it. The original version of this product has probably been the most widely chosen oven-cooking alarm in the market. It's not easy to improve on that but ThermoWorks has.
